How it works
You pick where and when. We call, you get the result.

The place, the day, how many of you, your preferred time and the other times that work. Add up to three requests if you need them: a table outside, a high chair, a dog.

Vocando calls.
We phone when the restaurant usually answers, never during service. Before we call, we tell you when you'll hear back.

What is Vocando?
A virtual assistant that phones the restaurant for you. Choose the place, day and times; we call and tell you how it went.
When do you open?
Soon, in Milan. We'll post the date here as soon as it's confirmed: there's no waiting list and nothing to sign up for.
How much does it cost?
Nothing: it'll be free for launch, and we won't ask for a card.
Where does it work, and which restaurants?
We're starting in Milan, at restaurants, trattorias and pizzerias that take bookings by phone, up to 12 people. We only call restaurants on our list, and each one gets only a few calls a day from all our users: sometimes you'll need another day or another place. Some places can't be called, for example if they've asked us not to. More Italian cities soon.
Is the booking guaranteed?
No, and we never say it is. We tell you how it went. If the restaurant confirms, you're booked in your name, just as if you'd called.
What do I need to start?
When we open: a mobile number verified by text (Italian, or from the EU, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland or the UK), your first and last name, and a confirmed email.
Do you record calls?
No audio, ever. We keep a transcript to check the booking and delete it after 30 days.
